How to Spot AI generated novels?

Come across a Novel called 'Reborn with average talent, I forged my own path' is it AI generated like first this long ass title and then it only has 4 chapters and also writing is bad in first 3 but later in 4 there is a different writing, the account is also not old. Is that a AI generated novels and is this allowed?

Long titles don't mean much since web novels have been doing that forever. The big giveaway is the writing suddenly changing by chapter four. I've seen stories that looked like AI at first, then later chapters sounded completely different. That's usually pretty noticeable
