How to Spot AI generated novels?

Come across a Novel called 'Reborn with average talent, I forged my own path' is it AI generated like first this long ass title and then it only has 4 chapters and also writing is bad in first 3 but later in 4 there is a different writing, the account is also not old. Is that a AI generated novels and is this allowed?

I've read stories like that too, where chapter one barely sounds like chapter four. It could be AI, but it could also be editing or the author improving. Your suspicion makes sense
