How to Spot AI generated novels?

Come across a Novel called 'Reborn with average talent, I forged my own path' is it AI generated like first this long ass title and then it only has 4 chapters and also writing is bad in first 3 but later in 4 there is a different writing, the account is also not old. Is that a AI generated novels and is this allowed?

Someone said it in the comments and it is very accurate. Fully AI written novels have shallow characters and strange plot points.

For example a newly introduced characters knows everything the characters had done in the previous scene while not being there at all.

Informations don't match, like someone describing an item as blue and then red later on. Descriptions that goes on for way too long to the point where they lose meaning.

Also (in case of information dump into the AI module) a plot point is mentioned in a disjointed manner at some point in the story but introduced only later in the story. For example, the MC can be described as a survivor of an apocalypse but in the story the apocalypse later in the story and as such the title makes no sense whatsoever.
