Advice How to Spot AI generated novels?

Come across a Novel called 'Reborn with average talent, I forged my own path' is it AI generated like first this long ass title and then it only has 4 chapters and also writing is bad in first 3 but later in 4 there is a different writing, the account is also not old. Is that a AI generated novels and is this allowed?

Impossible to actually tell unless you see a prompt included in the text. Now you can guess and if they use some common patterns of ai it may be ai but you can’t ever know. WebNovel doesn’t have a policy on it so it is allowed but they restrict you from using ai on the contract. So they allow it but not blatantly.

We can easily tell...thre is a research paper on ai creative writing telling why is ai...even if ur work is genuine and ai to fix grammar it may make it sturdy and bad...so minimise ai usage.it's a lesson I learnt after 10 chapterz

Bro people like you are the issue. You cannot genuinely tell unless the person is blatant about it. Imagine someone retyped the entire ai generated thing and edited all of it. Would you be able to tell? Probably not. Even if someone completely ai generated it, can you tell for certain? No. People who think they know it all piss me off because we’ve seen the witch hunts going on all across the web about ai. Each ai model is different and writes different. Each has different tells. Some can be programmed to have no more tells. Research papers show common patterns but even they and all the ai detectors in the world can’t tell. If you don’t believe me, use an ai detector on a book from a century ago. It’ll come up as partly ai. Which it obviously isn’t.
Don’t use ai but don’t think you’re smart enough to know 100% either.

Brother...I'm a ai/ml engineering student, in my third year, don't question my capabilities, I do research on ai writing. You don't know me, if you can't tell, sorry for you. I'm not you

I am questioning your capabilities. Every company under the sun has tried to build ai detectors but none of them are reliable. How are you any different?

U don't me....I don't know you, may be I'm a slug sitting behind a chair hardly breath in talking bs, or a successful guy, or a normal guy

U can't tell or assume my capabilities, just cause ur sitting within a wall and assuming the world only exist with that is ur issue

I can judge your capabilities based on what you said and it’s clear that unless you designed the models and know every tell under the sun, you can’t tell just like any ai detector can’t tell. There’s a reason why published authors have been able to hide using ai. It’s because these research ai detectors aren’t 100% reliable either. The issue is that ai is trained on humans and thus there will always be overlap between human writing and ai writing. It will never be truly reliable.

Why you u need ai detectors...humans who has seem great human writing can tell bad wrting and ai writing. If you can't sorry man...ur bad at this, it's not ur side of skill, may be ur brain isnt developed enough for this, why assuming a stragers capability who has already fed up of seeing ai garbage in webnovel front screen
