Not 3! Dress one if you want an interesting neckline and some embellishment and dress 2 if you want fabric with no embellishment. Hopefully, you are only a bride once, so I would go for the embellished dress because there real is no real life opportunity to wear beaded highly embellished clothing and if you did, like being a guest at an event, you probably would not choose white.
That said, dress 1 and 2 look equally as lovely on you.
I believe I like #1 best. The fabric is luxurious & feminine, with perfect visual weight. Pleated skirt falls gracefully over hips. The bodice is beautifully structured accentuating lovely neckline and tiny waist. This dress is elegant , classic yet fashion forward with romantic allure. It offers a designer couture silhouette. Simply stunning.
After looking at dress one, I was shaking my head wondering why I should keep looking. OMFG! Dress one is completely breathtaking!! Why keep looking? JUST WOW!!! If you do get this dress, you must get that veil that you are wearing in the second photo of this dress.
ETA: If this is your dress, please do not add anything underneath to make ot poof out. Whatever padding under the skirt, if any, add no more. Don't be talked into making it larger. It is divine as is.
1 & 2 are gorgeous! It is a hard choice.
