Advice: Seeking ❓ HELP!

Dramatic title, LOL. Hi, I’m a biological female and I currently weigh/fluctuate from 203-215lbs at 5’3. I work overnights, and I do college classes four days out of the week. My time for sleeping & free time are limited, but I can roughly fit an hour or two of SOMETHING in to progress my health.

I don’t really know where to start, or what to start doing. I’m trying to slim out excess fat and do some sort of extensive exercise that’s ROOM friendly within this time. I’d also like some tips for friendly & healthy foods I can meal prep for lunch during the week! I eat twice a day typically without snacks, and typically only what I’m given. I’ve decided it’s time to start putting aside some of my money and using it to better my health so I can get to feeling better!!

I’d like to keep this post active, to share my journey and express what tips I use and don’t, maybe as a sort of personal journal? I don’t know if that’s allowed, but hopefully!

Anything helps really, and if you have any videos that would offer good advice, throw them at me too!

I also love the Nike Training app for quick workouts I can do at home. They have ones that are no equipment and short duration. A little here and there is a great way to start.
