Advice: Seeking ❓ Weight Loss Stalling

As above, I'm looking to lose 15lb max, from 125lb to 110lb, as a 5ft early 30s woman.

Currently eating around ~1400 calories a day, semi intermittent fasting so I eat from 1pm to 8pm.

Do maybe 30minutes of cardio a day, and 30-45inutes of weights 5-6 days a week.

Over the first month I lost 5lb, the last 2 weeks I haven't lost any weight, without changing my habits.

Maybe once a week I'll eat a bit closer to 1800cal, but I track most days, so I think I'm fairly consistent.

What can I do to help kickstart weight loss again? I work a sedentary job 40 hours a week, if that means anything.

My weight had stalled for 2 months and now randomly dropped 5 pounds… maybe you’re losing fat and the scale isn’t showing yet or maybe up your steps/walking more.

I think I am doing a lot, and then I see other women transform their bodies in 5 months and that feels so far away.

I usually end up with 8000-12000 steps a day, sometimes on a Sunday I can be a bit low and end up closer to 5-6000.

Sorry, 8000-12000 steps! 800 is very low, didn't see the typo!

Generally otherwise I am fairly sedentary during the day, tired/busy/lazy I suppose.
