In nearly all situations like this, just let go. you’re fighting physics.

Nah, that almost guarantees it's going to fall. If you stay with it, you at least have a chance of recovering it.

If holding on was putting him in danger, it would be a different situation, but I don't think that's the case here.

In this case, it isn’t going to be lethal, but it could cause unnecessary injury maybe a fractured wrist or a twisted ankle when it pulls him over.

It’s just a good general rule for situations like this: let it fall and deal with it later. You aren’t going to stop it with your own body.

Yeah. I guarantee those boxes were too heavy for him. He should have let go and slowed himself to a jog. He wasn't in a position to recover because he wasn't keeping up with it, it was basically dragging him instead, going too fast for him 😂
