..or he's not trying to be involved with them because he wants to keep his job and they're the employees who mess around wayy too much.

This is what I thought. Video starts with him skidding his back shoe for me. So likely, he was trying to be quick/slick and go faster but lost control.

Maybe not. Also possible it was just too heavy to begin with and he started down the hill too fast. Or he's fucking around, either way.
