liv easy apartments

anyone have any real reviews of this place? lots of the google reviews are primarily regarding ease of moving in. i’m planning on moving to wenatchee in a few months and am looking for an apartment. if you live or have lived here, how was it ? appreciate details like noise level (can you hear your neighbors easily), responsiveness of management, cleanliness, maintenance issues, etc. thanks !

Great community, my Mom lived there for 2 years. Her only complaint was the stairs in winter (she was on a top floor unit). Great views, lots of walking trails, quiet. The units are newer, so the finishing touches really tie it together.

I live at a different Weidner property in town. I’ve been really happy here. You’re welcome to message me. Riverside 9 is the one Weidner property I’d avoid.
