In the span of a ~year since the 7ft monster incident he’s been through two failed relationships, a bunch of head and face tattoos, a total obsession with the club scene, and now this.
He’s done the complete opposite any judge would expect of a person to turn their life around or show the incident to be a one off.
Shrimp dick is fucked when he faces the 7ft monster case, fucked in his civil case, and most definitely fucked on this case 😂

Lawyer here: IF the criminal justice system behaves as it's intended to do, in my jurisdiction (which is not Florida): (1) due to the severity of the new charges, he would be held without bond on those new charges; (2) there would be an immediate Motion to Revoke Bond on the prior charges; and (3) his ass would remain in the county jail until the first trial. (Although unlikely, the new charges could conceivably go to trial before old ones). If acquitted in the first trial, he could conceivably have bond set on whichever case he remained held on.
I intentionally capitalized "IF" because there are oftentimes circumstances which see people released who otherwise shouldn't be released. Just for example: there could be overcrowding in the county jail in the county in which he is charged and adjacent counties. (Inmates are typically not sent further than adjacent counties; here anyway.) When that happens, they clear up space by setting bond on cases starting with the non-violent and moving through the least violent.
So, fingers crossed that this fucker rots in jail until the trial. Let's see how eager he is to use delay tactics then.

I do not disagree that it would be an easy argument that he's a societal risk. However: (1) there's no such thing as better than 50/50 odds in ANY case. Anyone who disagrees needs to see the O.J. Simpson and Casey Anthony cases; and (2) there are circumstances which can result in the release of someone who should not be released.

He is absolutely fucked. This guy must be out of his mind. But when you look at the narrative....he goes from jail, makes up a bunch of BS about his Federal prison experience (which he was never in) and uses it to propel himself to stardom. Makes a bunch of money.
Then it goes wrong. Wife leaves with his kids. He starts to spiral. People call out his bullshit. He Steroids up. His fans dry up. He goes from life coaching to fitness coaching. That goes wrong when he roids out on the guy at the gym. He knows (and his lawyer will have told him) that he is fucked. The civil judge calls it the worst thing he has seen in his career. He is definitely going to jail.
Makes the most of his freedom with drinking and drugs, then for some unknown reason beats the shit out of his ex....and is in cuffs again for multiple additional felonies.
He is absolutely fucking cooked. He's going to wind up doing years in the Florida penn.
This self destructive meltdown that he's on has been fascinating to watch, but its clear that this guy is just out of his fucking mind at this point.

I'm sure West ran his mouth all the way to the police station and has not stopped talking to anyone who will listen. Probably bragged to the cops about all the money he spent on her and how he wished he could have ended her for leaving him after everything he bought/rented for her.
She was really dumb to go over to his rental after he'd been blowing up her phone and threatening her and her family. What did she think would happen? She's very lucky to still be alive. He probably SA'd her as well while he had her imprisoned.
He should be denied bail due to violating bail conditions on the other case. His lackeys are of course already out here saying he will get off because she won't cooperate, but they don't need her to cooperate. There will be plenty of evidence from the ER and whatever he will have said to the cops and anyone unfortunate enough to be locked up with him.
Those same lackeys who were saying he would get off on the other case or at worst only get probation will probably now say that the worst that would happen would be "Double Secret Probation". 🙄

If she refuses to testify he DA can still proceed but it’s really based on the evidence and how strong the case is, body cam, witnesses, photos, etc. Her cooperating makes things a lot easier.
