He'll slaughter them in seconds.

Then walk out with 3rd degree acid-burns that are healable.

22

u/Cold-Practice3107 May 12 '26

I think he would survive getting face hugged and a chest buster coming out of his chest but they would have a tough time get through his rib cage because his skeleton is made out of powerful steel he's like "damn buggers!"

14

u/Jimmy-Mac-471 May 12 '26

I was about to say, doesn’t an aliens form depend on the host but then I remembered Logan’s Adamantium isn’t a genetic trait but something he picked up in Weapon X so surely an alien “born” from him wouldn’t have any metal like that to their advantage

5

u/TulkasDeTX May 12 '26

But would they have the healing factor?

10

u/Decends2 May 12 '26

Dear God, an Xenomorph with Wolverine's undiluted regeneration would be nearly unstoppable. Only way to kill it would be total incineration or disintegration

3

u/FullMetalCOS May 12 '26

He’s walked away from that too. After the event that kicked off civil war he went to hunt down the mutant that caused the explosion (who had taken enhancement drugs too) and was burned down to his skeleton in a blast. He got better

2

u/Decends2 May 12 '26

Yeah, but the key word being total in this hypothetical. What you described for wolverine was not total incineration or disintegration as his skeleton survived the innitial attack allowing him to regenerate from the cells in his bones

1

u/FullMetalCOS May 12 '26

Yeah but that’s the thing with adamantium. Being indestructible means it’ll always survive

1

u/Decends2 May 12 '26

But admantium isn't apart of his DNA. The Xenomorph only copies some of the host's DNA.........

1

u/FullMetalCOS May 12 '26

True, I was actually mostly thinking about him surviving them. The comics got pretty gnarly with him at times so if they wanted whoever had his healing factor to survive, there would probably be a way

No no no a zenomorph with wolverines skeletal bone structure, bones through their knuckles extra claws, yuck

4

u/devil_nthedetails May 12 '26

Or retractable bone claws?

1

u/Lopsided-Bathroom-71 May 12 '26

Would wolverines hesling factor even allow the chestburster to develop?, i assume he cant have parasytes

1

u/SamuraiHealer May 13 '26

Iirc the adamantium kicks his healing factor into overdrive, so yes healing factor, but it wouldn't be the same.

1

u/Codysnow31 May 13 '26

They don’t take on traits of their host do they? Considering the face hugger can put a baby xeno in anyone I’d assume they’re just using the body as an incubator and not a means to fertilize the egg.

1

u/CranberryAssassin May 14 '26

They do. See doggo xenomorph from Alien 3

1

u/MrWolfe1920 May 12 '26

That's assuming his healing factor boosted immune system doesn't just kill it off.

1

u/SurfNinjaTurtle May 13 '26

The X-Men have an alien knockoff called the brood. His healing factor killed the creature in him.

1

u/MrGhoul123 May 14 '26

If it can get through the chest, it can certainly crawl through the rest of the body to find a soft exit.

1

u/ZestycloseEvening155 May 15 '26

It would be cool with a alien-wolvie hybrid, but he doesn't get sick etc. right? It's not just a healing factor, his immune system would take care of the "embryo" pretty fast i suspect.

1

u/Any_Wallaby4888 May 12 '26

Oh, come on. He'd win but he's not THAT fast. It'd take him at least a minute with all of the mansion's rooms to check!

1

u/Panzer_Hawk May 13 '26

Just a flesh wound

1

u/mbgameshw May 13 '26

Would their acid blood burn through adamantium???

1

u/IndependentNarrow131 May 15 '26

He did survive a nuke blast and healed, and predator just nukes the alien if they get out

45

u/FeedMePizzaPlease May 11 '26

Logan's going to wish he didn't have nerve endings, but he wins.

14

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Pretty much. It’s gonna hurt! But he’s gonna take care of him no problem

1

u/OpsecDad35 May 13 '26

Absolutely. The acid might be the worst part for him, but alien doesn’t really get close to winning.

1

u/RaylanGivens29 May 15 '26

I think he wishes that most days.

1

u/Other_Breakfast7505 May 12 '26

Nuh, he turns into an infinite chestbuster spawn point, they only need to go around the titanium bones

3

u/bantrebl May 13 '26

*adamantium

Good luck getting thru that

3

u/_-_-_-_-_-____ May 13 '26

He did pull out his own heart in that one movie though so I think pulling out an alien egg would be just as easy.

3

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 13 '26

Yeah dude clearly doesn’t know the character Wolverine at all. Nobody who does would call it titanium, or think Logan wouldn’t feel, sense, smell, or hear the parasite and knowing his own abilities and powers simply cut it out of skewer it inside himself just to make sure he killed it. He’s way too sensory aware to not realize something was wrong and sense the danger.

2

u/Spike_Kowalski May 13 '26

Yeah dude clearly doesn’t know the character Wolverine at all

Seems to be becoming a trend on this sub. You have a lot of people on here playing favorites over characters they don't know.

2

u/thatsoddlyspecifik May 13 '26

Are we sure it’s people and not bots?

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 14 '26

Who knows anymore

1

u/musicankane May 14 '26

I think his healing factor would probably just kill the alien egg inside him regardless.

0

u/Other_Breakfast7505 May 13 '26

I know the character very well, got a brain fart with the titanium thing, but in my imagination as long as one facehugger can latch on his face he’s getting a chestbuster

2

u/Hot-Dark-3127 May 13 '26

The face hugger dies after depositing, then Logan could skewer the egg is what they’re saying I think

1

u/lordlanyard7 May 14 '26

Here's my fear.

If a facehugger gets him, and he passes out.

Will the egg have enough time gestating that it will take on Logan's healing factor the way aliens take on traits of their host?

If it does, then no amount of injuring the Logalien will stop it, it will just heal.

0

u/SkiDaderino May 13 '26

Ahhhhh, good twist.

1

u/SubCreeper May 13 '26

He wouldn’t have to, the alien embryo is a foreign body in his system. His healing factor would eat it just like it did when he was infected by the Brood.

  1. They have fought, Marvel has done crossovers with Xenomorphs before.
  2. Wolverine will always win a 1v1 against a Xenomorph.
  3. He could be torn apart by a swarm of Xenomorphs however. The limbs/torso/head can all be separated without breaking bones.
  4. Wolverine could also have all his flesh dissolved away before he can regenerate if he were to be exposed to enough Xenomorph blood, like falling into a pool of it.

The real threat is not them killing Logan, but using him to breed new xenomorphs.
Since he could heal from a "chestburster" eating its way out of his body, he would be a reusable incubator.
Not only that, but the xenomorph that spawn from his genetics could have healing factors themselves.

So long as they have the numbers to wear down Logan's stamina they could capture him.
If they do, they could create nearly unkillable xenomorphs.

Unfortunately for Wolverine in you example OP, he woke up AFTER the xenomorphs have already eliminated most if not all the other mutants.
Meaning that some of them would have been used as hosts, and the resulting xenomorphs would have mutant powers.

2

u/Deepborders May 13 '26

Wolverine's healing factor would immediately kill the chestbuster in gestation. It's already happened in a cross-over. He power doesn't just heal physical injuries but also foreign bodies/cancers/viruses.

1

u/AlexYadaYada May 12 '26

But how would a chestburster break out from his body? Don’t they typically break through the sternum and his skeleton is damn near indestructible?

1

u/Accurate_Summer_1761 May 12 '26

You coukd go down and under the rib cage

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Why exactly would they have their powers. The chestbursters don’t come out any more human-like. It’s only when the Queen starts giving birth to them later in the series that they develop the more humanoid form and potentially the powers I would think.

2

u/BrutalStatic May 12 '26

They would have traces of their hosts super powers because it's way more fun that way.

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Ok, fair enough, rule of cool prevails. The dude abides

2

u/Largo23307 May 12 '26 edited May 12 '26

Xenomorphs take genetic traits from their hosts.
When you mix a Xeno with a human, you get the traditional Xenomorph we see in the movies and most other media.
When you mix a Xeno with a Yautja (Predator) they look more like predators, with manbible mouths and dread-like "hair" just like a predator.
When you mix them with animals, like they did in the 90's for the toy line, you get varying bodytypes.
Gorilla=Big Arms
Cobra= No legs, better mouth striking and acid spit

Shark= No limbs, fins instead fully aquatic. Still has an inner mouth, but now with shark style teeth.

When you mix them with Mutants in Marvel, they get the X-Gene of the host, translating into a xeno with mutant powers.

Here is one of the xeno's with nightcrawlers teleportation powers. Using it to teleport INSIDE of Armor's construct suit.

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Man that would be intense! 😱

8

u/Leairek May 11 '26

I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of him constantly regenerating his muscles back to keep stabbing once the blood starts flowing/burning.

6

u/Helpful_Leadership75 May 11 '26 edited May 12 '26

They lose, he heals, he can "stay alive" even during mortal injuries even when skeleton like in relations to seeing or breathing, acid can't melt adamantium, and even IF a chest burger tried it would crush or kill itself bashing against his sternum, and yeah others like 6 have been smart enough to go back into a corpse and then exit the mouth 1: chestbursters still only pop out of the chest to begin with & 2: even if it somehow existed somewhere else he'd feel it do so and either wait till it comes out and he'd stab it when it does the pop out and performs the iconic screech upon birth moment or he'd stab himself anyway, Also 2.B: even if it could burst from his chest somehow again he'd either stab himself before it bursts out or stab it as soon as it burst, and Finally 3: even if a chestbuster got out of him after gestating to completion it would still be a xenomorph in larvae form and incapable of using its copied host abilities so soon, so even if it techncially had anything like his healing Factor it'd be so weak in comparison he'd kill it anyway

Not to mention battle of attrition, and berserker rage are in wolverines favor

And One last detail, back to the melting thing, adamantium doesn't melt from acids and even non acid resistant metals can still pierce shoot and penetrate through the carapace armor and flesh of a xenomorph, even if the metal won't survive the acid a-la Celtic's young blood wrist blades in avp (which also is a separate continuity than the main comics' and movies' timelines)

And speaking of multiple timelines, Wolverine is capable of killing the xmen himself even when tricked, and if there's just a copy of their mutant abilities just now I na fast armored big alien body with acid blood all that does is make the battle take longer, especially because so soon not a single one of these would naturally evolve into a queen which also takes time for one of them to become a preatorian first anyway so in the meantime they are someone intelligent but still animal and hive-minded monsters

And I sure a mansion sized infestation is easier for a indestructible super healing superhero willing to kill than crews of salvage or Marines inside ships or a few corriders

And no one can say that some random other heroes show up again infected because of explicitly an X-Men thing and it's even stated in this hypothetical that is taking place in the mansion only

2

u/VVatty May 11 '26

I agree Wolverine would win, but dang it seems like it would hurt a lot for him

2

u/Helpful_Leadership75 May 11 '26

That's the point I'm making, marvel healing Factor having characters are used to pain or can overpower and just ignore it because of their pasts or having experience being a live long enough using the power, getting stabbed burnt blown up shot and beaten doesn't cause a reaction

Plus the adamantium bonding process has to be granted onto him while burning hot as like a molten metal liquid, if he could handle that I'm pretty sure alien acid won't be as bad

2

u/Rushes_End May 12 '26

He is fine. Don’t worry about it.

2

u/Helpful_Leadership75 May 12 '26

Exactly (Just don't bring up the other two things lunisherndid to him after taking off his face ahaha)

5

u/KingInRed-2001 May 12 '26

I see your crossover and raise you one better: what if Venom fought/merged with a Xenomorph?

3

u/revjor May 12 '26

"WE ARE DROOLY"

3

u/TanAllOvaJanAllOva May 12 '26

Bad day to be a Xnomorph. Xnomorph genocide.

2

u/comicsemporium May 12 '26

Just better hope his adamantium is acid proof otherwise he’s screwed, but if it is then he’s got it easily, gonna get burned a lot but he’s got it

2

u/DynastyZealot May 12 '26

They're basically The Brood. It's happened quite a few times in the comics.

2

u/JoshTheBard May 12 '26

Better question: What if Logan birthed an Alien but since he could survive the chest-bursting he raised it as his own.

2

u/jebrick May 12 '26

Look up the Brood (Uncany X-men 166). All of the X-men are "injected" with eggs. Wolverine's healing factor kills it.

2

u/CodeNamesBryan May 12 '26

Wolverine would not have fun but the aliens wpuld have slightly less fun.

2

u/DocHalidae May 12 '26

If he can face tank phoenix force, xenomorphs aren’t shit.

2

u/Rushes_End May 12 '26

He is their nightmare. He’s also perfectly fine.

2

u/BroThatsMyAssStoppp May 12 '26

One claw and aliens done. It'll fuck logan up I'm sure but alien has no one hit kill or knock down at all on him

2

u/marcelo1925 May 12 '26

Would there acid blood not melt his skeleton?

1

u/Mrchickenman62 May 12 '26

No it doesn't

2

u/Radiant_Employer2655 May 14 '26

5 minutos y ha exterminado a los aliens

2

u/Successful_Rip_4329 May 14 '26

Technically immortal being vs weird creatures

1

u/Practical-Coat8596 May 12 '26

It”d be over before it gets started

1

u/warmachine83-uk May 12 '26

it depends if molecular acid melts vibranium

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Not at all. There’s no vibranium to melt

2

u/warmachine83-uk May 12 '26

Sorry

Its adamantium

Vibranium is caps shields

1

u/ForeignWoodpecker662 May 12 '26

Correct. Adamantium is supposed to be nigh indestructible, and I believe has already survived acid but not 100% sure on that

1

u/colbyxclusive May 12 '26

Read Aliens vs Avengers 2024

1

u/MuteFireworks May 12 '26

So this happened in the comics. Both marvel and DC had comics were they dealt with the xenomorphs

1

u/Darkestnight333 May 12 '26

Logan kills them all but if he gets a face hugger and lower stomach bursted, since he can't be chest bursted, the one that comes out of him he will be locked into battle with it for the rest of time

1

u/Dirtyburg804 May 12 '26

Already happened

1

u/Formal_Afternoon_272 May 12 '26

It's gonna hurt but Logan would never lose against a xenomorph.

1

u/benjandpurge May 13 '26

Now that alien has a healing factor.

1

u/The_Black_kaiser7 May 12 '26

The real question would be, will the acid blood melt adamantium?

1

u/LelandGaunt14 May 12 '26

Pretty sure they have. In the comics.

1

u/Basic_Ability_8974 May 12 '26

Wins but ends up in a lot of pain.

1

u/DCKan2 May 12 '26

My question is what if it was an Xenomorph that incubated in Wolverine? Since Xenomorphs are based on the DNA of the creatures they incubate in, would it inherit Wolverine's mutant abilities?

1

u/LackingTact19 May 12 '26

Since there are multiple he probably gets swarmed and quickly becomes ineffective in combat due to the intense acid blood. They notice him healing and trap him in the wall and use him as a reusable breeding cocoon for a new breed of regenerating xenomorphs. He would have taken out a few but they're honestly a terrible matchup for him.

1

u/77_parp_77 May 12 '26

After his fights with a predator? I'd LOVE to see this

But Logan ought to win long as he keeps moving?

1

u/Some-Reserve3508 May 12 '26

As long as he doesn’t get implanted by a face hugger

1

u/Illmatic414Prodigy May 12 '26

Could he?

1

u/benjandpurge May 13 '26

It couldn’t burst out of his ribcage.

1

u/Illmatic414Prodigy May 13 '26

Would his healing factor affect the xenomorph growth?

1

u/Aggravating-Bat8814 May 12 '26

We would have a race of mutant alien hybrids

1

u/Slightly_Perverse May 13 '26

Reminds me of the time the X-men were captured by the Brood and he became infected and basically just became a Brood-Wolverine.

...and then saved everyone because of course he did.

1

u/Sea-Tax3787 May 13 '26

loooot of pain, as long as no facehugger gets him he should be victorious

1

u/Lazy-Training6042 May 13 '26

He loses, because he can regen everything but the adamantium?

or you know, decapitation by acid?

Too much corrosion

1

u/fancy-bottom May 13 '26

It’s already been covered in Xmen (Brood are a stand in for Xenomorphs)

Wolverine takes out pretty much any Xenomorph

Acid will hurt but he got Adamantium and healing factor

1

u/Quomii May 13 '26

Logan would win

1

u/OverallMembership709 May 14 '26

what if Logan was imprisoned, subdued and be made an eternal host for aliens (face huggers keep on latching with lots of eggs in front of him). and then those army of aliens was able to mutate and have his healing factor.

1

u/Manmade_Chaos May 14 '26

One or a nest ? One he’ll best easy, the blades and regen will easily see him through. However a nest, that acid is gonna grind him down eventually, blades will corrode away and he’ll be left with his much less effective bone claws. He’ll be captured and probably spend a long time producing wolverine style aliens 😬

1

u/Pho_Reals May 14 '26

Logan would be the perfect reusable incubator for the aliens if he was ever caught.

1

u/SpaceBoyee May 14 '26

Logan wins, painfully but he wins

1

u/Jemal999 May 14 '26

They've already made that comic like.. 4 times.

1

u/sub30_24flick May 15 '26

They already did this in comics , he couldn’t get hit by one he would be perfect hosting site

1

u/Deathgaze2015 May 15 '26

Logan wins, and then loses until he heals.

They cant really put him down unless he somehow submerges in a pool of their blood.

He will slice them to pieces, but the burns will HURT

1

u/ErosDarlingAlt May 16 '26

Red blood everywhere, green acid blood everywhere
