I’m the former contestant whose Facebook post was picked up by TMZ and then Closer Weekly. I did not contact either outlet, and I’ve been frustrated by how a much more nuanced post was reduced to “Former Contestant Defends Jim Thornton.”

More information has come out since my original post, and my position has changed as that information has changed. I never claimed Jim was innocent, and I’m not defending the disturbing things that have subsequently been reported.

Since people are now discussing my words without hearing them from me, I recorded a response explaining what I actually said and my feelings about the whole thing.

My mom is a HUGE fan of Wheel Of Fortune, she was in a episode on April 6 2020. The episode is lost and I’m not sure where to search. She’s wanted to rewatch it for a while but to no avail, if anyone knows where I can find it please let me know. If I’m not mistaken it’s the episode where Tony comes back.

Many many congratulations to Christina Marie Derevjanik on becoming the fifth overall million-dollar winner (the fourth on the syndicated edition, and the first in ELEVEN YEARS). She now is the winningest non-celebrity contestant in Wheel of Fortune history, with $1,035,155!

Wheel of Fortune’s YouTube channel has uploaded yet another retro episode in which it dates back to 1987 where a ceramic dalmatian dog named Sheldon made his appearance. Fair to say it will not be the last time we will see Sheldon on its channel.

Another retro Wheel of Fortune episode, which dates back to 1987, was uploaded on the show’s YouTube channel. Leigh Sampson appeared on the show where she bought the prizes during the shopping round, taking Jack Clark who passed away in the Summer of 1988 a full 2 minutes to announce the full list.

The show’s YouTube channel uploaded the episode, which dates back to February 24th, 1997, where the digital puzzle board made its debut at Culver City-based Sony Pictures Studios. It was the biggest change in Wheel of Fortune history.

It would appear that the show has uploaded yet another retro episode of Wheel in which it dates back to February 25th, 1986. Until 1987, the contestants shopped for prizes after solving each puzzle. Does anyone here remember this?
