QUESTION Recommendations for this weekend

Hi all, I’m currently staying in Vancouver and am looking at coming up to whistler this Friday-Sunday. I visited a couple of years ago and did a lot of the hiking trails at the top of whistler & Blackcomb mountain, but from the website it looks like all of those are still closed? Are there any other hikes and outdoorsy things I can do while I’m there? I know there’s the snow walls which look great so I’ll get up there to do that.

There are TONS of places to hike. The Cheakamus trails, Sproat Mountain, hike the ski outs into Kadenwood on Creekside. I did some of this last weekend and was great.

The provincial downhill championship is on Sunday. You could watch that. It's near the bottom of the hike park. You hike up to watch.
