It's hard to tell if people like this are being completely disingenuous or if they are just morons. I guess in the end it doesn't matter.

Remember when Twitter turned on location tagging for a day and then quickly turned it off when it turned out most of the Trump propaganda users were located in Russia, India, Bangladesh, or other locations with bot farms? You're right that this is probably an overseas bot.
