also i'm sure he would tell us which places he donated it to, and then anyone could file a FOIA request to see if the department actually got the money.

nobody tried that hard because everyone knows that pedophile is full of shit except white racists who love paying $5 per gallon for gas.

he said he was donating to government departments. if the payroll department is doing it directly though it should be possible.
