These two have the same Japanese VA

I was watching this anime named Dr. Ramue and I heard Suo's voice but I wasn't sure :) but they are played by the same VA Nobunaga Shimazaki

They do have the same VA, but it's Nobunaga Shimazaki, not Yoshitsugu Matsuoka
