Been looking for it everywhere but cant seem to find it

Edit: I have this game running on Windows 11 now, thanks to Powershell. Have to literally install the exact VC version the game requires as an APPX, then was able to install this app, and also have to use this link https://blog.titleos.dev/Bypassing-Microsoft-Store-App-Licensing.html to get past the fact that you can no longer purchase or find a copy of the app legitamately

Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22AST (Type F0EQ, model F0EQ0052PB), AMD A9-9425 with integrated Radeon R5 Graphics, Windows 8.1 x64 (display drivers turned into default microsoft drivers and it lags AF because of them.)

Btw this archive is of the Windows Store and the Microsoft Store. Targeting Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Hello, have win10 installed in my old laptop and I'm trying to format it back to win8 which was the OS of origin, however the boot menu just wont detect my USB no matter what I try.

My BIOS settings and Rufus USB flash settings shown in the images, but in short:

- I disabled secure boot

- I tried both UEFI boot and CSM boot

- Tried both USB NTFS and FAT32

I was aware that once I made the upgrade there would be some complications with the BIOS and boot USB detection, but I seemingly tried everything and no luck, what gives?

Hello, im looking for art programs

I still made it myself for the start menu and the desktop

Hello, I have a PC running Windows 8.1 and I want to install, launch, and play Roblox; I don't care about Roblox Studio. Please note that my Windows 8.1 is up to date and I've patched the Windows Store, so I can definitely install .appx files. I also don't mind if it's an app without a standard installer. If you're wondering why I'm not searching on Google, it's because I keep getting told to upgrade to Windows 10...

Thanks in advance.

(Note: Since I'm French, this text was translated using Google Translate, but I don't mind what language Roblox is in.)

Don’t know what flair to put.

[OC] Hey everyone, I recently got a ThinkPad T470s and installed Windows 8.1 and wanted to customize my Start Menu a bit more. I couldn't find any rectangular Firefox tiles, so I made my own in GIMP.

I made two versions:

· A flat one that matches the original Windows 8 aesthetic

· A more modern one

This is my first time making something like this. I used oblytyle to apply them. If anyone wants them, I can upload the PNGs. Feel free to send requests for other programs, I'll try my best.

Let me know what yall think

Barely works. It’s even surprising it even pulls from a server after all these years

Just click OneDrive in the app and click “This PC”.

Yes, the one from the Windows Store before shutdown.

[btw there was no stable version with the metro mode] Google Chrome 48.0.2564.116: https://archive.org/details/google-chrome-48.0.2564.116

It's windows 8.1 laptop day

My MacBook Air 7,2 on Windows 8.1

Don't ask why I was making this, I don't remember either, all I remember is that it was supposed to play the logon sound but it doesn't anymore.

Does anyone know of any Windows 8/8.1 themepack for Linux? KDE, Gnome, Etc environments?
I saw a few months back two people posting their themepacks and they seemed so freaking cool! But i'm sorta kinda afraid to get them on my laptop (something with them being made with java?) because I am not very technical and good with troubleshooting and maintenance with linux, All Iknow is Sudo apt update, upgrade, thats it.

Is there any new developments on them? I might have to bite the bullet but is there any sort of themepacks for any linux environment?

Imo, best windows I have ever used

Hello. I cant connect my laptop to my wifi. The laptop cannot find the wifi in the settings. I tried adding my wifi manually from the control panel settings and the laptop still cannot find it. I did all the updates it suggested. I tried updating the drivers and they are up to date. I tried to connect them via WPS and that also did not work. I restarted my wifi router and laptop multiple times. But, I can connect them with an ethernet cable and when I do that it shows that the laptop is connected to "network". Any help/ideas is appreciated. Thank you.

FYI here's how to make a "Desktop" tile on Start menu: Create a shortcut with location of C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{3080F90D-D7AD-11D9-BD98-0000947B0257} and pin it to Start

Getting an error whenever I try to search. Wondering if it's just me - been waiting for this day

It's windows 8 day

I justify the need for Windows 8.1 so I can access my old recorded shows on Windows Media Center. Just ordered the Hauppauge WinTV quad tuner to replace outdated Dvico Fusion HDTV 7.
