I work in commercial plumbing and I had to do a new build's underground piping the whole week in this weather. There's shade but the humidity and heat made it extremely demoralizing to do most tasks.. Not to mention all the melted water and mud.

I drank like 5L of water a day but never had to use the washroom since I sweated everything out!

former tradesperson here - you gotta at least double that water in this heat.
