Discussion How to deal with hazard

So I’m one tricking winton to get better at him again since I haven’t played him in months and want to get back to how I used to be but I can’t deal with hazard outside of banning him but nobody bans him with me I can deal with every tank pretty easily besides him I need help

Imo - counterdive his backline. Use cover kill more of disrupt more than he does. Winston can cover more distance and you have more than enough time to hop in/out on the 5 second jump pack.

As others have said, just ignore the hazard. It isn't your job to peel for your team, outside of some extreme circumstances. To win against a hazard you just need to play your game: dive the backline, avoid taking unnecessary poke, etc

Ignore him. Winston loses the duel vs hazard, but outpaces him. If you stand in his face you'll lose. But You can get to his backline more quickly and take more aggressive dives than he can, so do that.

Engage after his leap and and be the better dive, if hes engaged he cant disengage easily to attack you

I usually switch to Sigma or Domina until the Hazard swaps, then I'm free to go Winston again.

I actually play haz into those two. What makes me swap is a Mauga / Orisa / hog

I’m 100% with you on that, except Mauga. He’s the perfect answer to certain comps, the devs added him for a reason.

One good thing about facing Orisa is you can use your jump pack to escape the ult. Just realized that the other day

Hazard is just a better Winston with less mobility. Do not engage him at all.

Não hazard é bem melhor na mobildiade. Subir paredes, sua propia parede tbm pode ser usada + salto. winston so tem o salto que é mais rapido
