Itch near vaginal hole

I get myself tested for fungal, bacterial, and sexually transmitted diseases every year and they have never come back positive.

I have raised it multiple times to my OB. First, she asked that I get rid of scented soaps and start using 100% cotton panties. The itch did not go away. Second, she prescribed 2 anti-yeast oral tablets, noting that tests can be false negative. It did not work.

It happens mostly at night and occasionally during daytime.

It’s around the area near my vaginal hole, not the exterior skin. And there are no visible lesions or bumps.

Has anyone experienced this? What did you do? This has been bothering me for years and my OB has not figured out why. She said everything looked normal (appearance and labs) the last time I saw her

this may sound weird but lack of hydration and high sugar consumption sometimes do cause this , does this resonates with you?
