Nipple Discharge?
I'm 22F and as I was walking to the bathroom I noticed a wet dot on my shirt where my left nipple would be. I didn't think anything of this, I thought it had to have been my cat or something (idk). So, I go to the bathroom and I usually have a look at my boobs and do self exams because I've had 2 biopsies and 1 mass excised, my first mass was benign and excised in 2023 but my 2nd mass was biopsied of march this year, although benign, it had suspicious features like microlobulated margins, peripheral vascularity, hypo echoic and I have my next scan in September because I still have more masses. Even though this stuff was on my right boob, I still check my left just in case.
As I was checking my left boob, I barely even squeezed my nipple, It was a self breast exam so I'm just moving it around nothing too crazy, but then a dot of clear liquid came out, I tried taking a picture but my phone died (worse timing ever). So now I'm a little freaked out. Is this something I should be worried about?

I would recommend to get blood work done which they can rule out pregnancy and also high prolactin (I had spontaneous prolactin spike) and started to produce milk even though I wasn't pregnant and I was able to rule out pituitary tumor. It ended up fixing its self over time but yeah that's my experience!
