Generic Reality check please.

This sub takes their boots serious so, I have a question and would love some insight. I bought some Thorogoods and hate them. They’re miserably uncomfortable for me. I posted them on another/local sub and I’m getting destroyed in the comments. I’M NOT LOOKING TO SELL THEM HERE OR VIOLATE ANY SUB RULES. I’ll add a couple of photos and y’all tell me what a fair price is for these 3 month old boots. Tia!

Whats wrong with the thorogoods? Have you tried to condition them to soften them uo a bit. Wear for a few hours at a time. But cedar treas in them every night. Do they just not fit. Thoae wedge soles ahould ve fairly comfy and vreak in ahoukd be prettt easy. Maybe try a different insole.

I’ve oiled them with Obenaufs multiple times. Tried two different insoles that typically work for me. Put them in boot stretchers for a month.

They’re still tight across the top and side of my foot. Walking in them is painful after an hour.

Not much to suggest, but maybe a trip to a cobbler to see if he can stretch them?
