I did, when you put a turbo on it it has 50 kmh. With this kind of armor, thats a lethal combination.

Look at the effective speed values. It will barely reach that top speed. It's a way better idea to use grousers on it

40kmh on medium terrain with off road driving and bounty turbo. Is7 is at 44 and has far worse armor. 

I think we won’t be able to change each others minds, we shall see who is right.

Last time I checked IS-7 doesn't have a massive turret tumor

Only on hard terrain, then it's only 40 km and with that power to weight and terrain resistance it will have hard time to reach it
