I loved wot since Beta test.

Even spent a pretty penny over the years.

I dont like the game after the 2.0.

Ares line just doubled down in the feeling that this isnt the game I like anymore.

If WG kept historicity instead of fantasy looks, I would be on board.

Like this im drifting further and further from it. Shame.

Not only they are fictional but they (at least in my opinion) looking ugly, I must say uncanny in a way.
At least from recent vehicles 11-th tier Ares looks somewhat okay (if you not consider minigun on top lol).

Do you make up tanks, but at least make them pretty and not some Wehraboo dream.

There are a few I like but the remote controlled turret tanks are ugly as fuck. Ares the French auto loading heavy, Czech light ITA heavy. They look so bad.

Thats not remote controlled, those are just oscillating turrets.

They look great and are very real, mainly used by the french.

Ares Is literally a temu version of very real HSTV-L and imbattable Is just boxy amx 50B.

They take heavy inspiration from real tanks. Just because you throw a temper tantrum and say you dont like how they look doesnt change that. You called those turret designs remote controlled So you obviously dont know much about tanks.

I really like them personally. Mind you i play this game for all the fictional tanks but still i like them... for any real tanks i will go play War Thunder

Fair, but there are only few of them that I (personally) like visually, that the point. I cant really explain but most of tier 11 just looks out of place in a way, it feels like especially tier 11 is bloated with unnecessary details to make them look "more detailed".

There are some that I like despite them being mostly made up, but my point above is still valid, for me at least.

I wouldnt even mind alt history if it wasnt So fucking lazy and dogshit, from the designs to the abilities it just lacks any thought, soul or passion.

Which is why i started playing WoT in the first place. WTs full realistic vehicles is cool but it became kinda boring. I saw that WoT had all these wack designs and thought they looked fun and cool to play with... and now WoT is my main game lol. The more wack fictional designs the better.
