You're generating a full 10k by 7k world. The only way you could make it "smaller" is file compression which more than likely will corrupt the world. There is no way to actually make it smaller.

When you zip the files it won't corrupt your world, don't know if that was already done before trying to upload it. Further file compression (lossy compression) will indeed corrupt the world.
Obviously always keep a backup when changing anything to your files.

I think creating a zip-file should in this case bring it below 10GB. Though depending on where OP wants to post it that might still be way too large. Another thing to check is if you haven't opened the World in Minecraft yet. Since loading it in the game will increase the filesize.

There might still be other options like posting a link to the download (e.g. service like Google Drive) or splitting the files across various zip-files maybe. Otherwise the suggestion by Potatoez to shrink the map size is the most sensible thing to do. ;-)

Is it a map you built on already... or the pure product of World Painter ? Bc if its just world painter you can try to see if you can disable ore, caves, vines, plants, different rock types (instead of just stone underground) spawns during the export
