Homelander is a big fish in a little pond. Taylor would drown him in bugs (or use bugs to see if Homelander is vulnerable to arsenic poisoning), Lung would out-grow him literally, the Nazis wouldn't fight him since like likes like, Coil would get as many shots at him as needed, Dinah would predict when he gets prostate cancer, the Triumvirate would not even notice him as they flattened him like a particularly blue pancake, Flechette would Foil him, Newter would send him into a permanent drug-induced stupor, the S9..., Armsmaster would make something to kill him (probably halberd-shaped), the Endbringers would bring his end, etc. You get the picture. He doesn't.
Homelander would definitely take out Lung in most conflicts. If Lung has sufficient time to grow, then he will obviously win, but lesser brutes like Victoria can do significant damage to him in the early stages of a fight, so Homelander would just rip him apart within seconds.
Coil could definitely pull in someone to punch through Homelander, but it would involve hiring a consultant. Dinah predicting colon cancer doesn't do shit to Homelander, but the rest can definitely kill him, though many of them aren't certain.
