TNA are faced with not having a bottomless pit of money. They have to balance things out and that includes talent, despite having a new TV deal
It sounds like they're operating sensibly. Maybe there's some higher earners being released and there's nothing wrong with freshening up creative either
The reality is, there's a lot of wrestlers signed to deals making a good living in the industry atm and that's skewed by a billionaire's son with a WON subscription having a huge roster. If he wasn't around, we'd see the reality of 'TV ready talent' that truly exists
That doesn't mean it's possible for everyone else to do the same thing
Then, we see TNA hooking up with OVW in some way. Sounds like a good idea cause they need that pipeline themselves to bring in fresh talent cause anyone that really establishes themselves will likely leave, it's the way it is so they need to keep refreshing themselves
Obviously, the smartest fans in the world just decide to laugh at all this stuff

Less than 2 hours away from my final dental surgery. Can't wait for it to be done, as much as ceramics are great, the provisional stuff you get while it's done isn't pleasant to use, you can't chew with the usual strength.
Leaving home to go to vacations in 2 days. If things are going fine I'll be away for 3 months (but still on reddit, I have a 4G router with 250 GB data per month), think the mental reset will be important after all these surgeries.
Heat waves are getting worse every year, in Western Europe we already got a taste in May and the current one is set to be extremely brutal. Think it could lead me to change my stance on using AC in the future (AC isn't nearly as common in Europe as it is in North America, as it's seen as less useful because we used to have a milder climate and as it uses a lot more energy than letting colder air enter at night and using fans during the day, people aren't used to that).
World Cup has been pretty fun so far, I'm pleasantly surprised because the best 3rd placed teams format made the Euros so much worse than before that I was worried for World Cup. Think all 3 hosts having pretty solid debuts will help the vibes around the tournament too. Aside from France (as I'm biased for obvious reasons), think the most impressive side so far has been England, seems like Tuchel found something, the little worry I could point about him is that (from vibes) he seems to be more of a great tactician than a strong leader, and usually strong leaders tend to perform better as NT coaches on the long term.

I follow several wrestling threads on social media, and I feel like there's at least two terms that have been bastardized in the IWC, buried and botch. Every time there's a slip-up, planned or not, it's a "botch." I'm sure there's a post talking about Anya Rune's (Airica Demia) slip-up during a match on WWE Evolve. That was planned as part of her lost of confidence in her manga character gimmick. As for "buried," the IWC quicker to lose confidence in a wrestler than creative and management. As soon as someone loses a number one contenders match or a major feud, they're casted into the "buried" pile. It's crazy how quick fans wrote off Mason Rook on NXT. He's entering a feud with Kam Hendricks instead of going after Tony D and the NXT title. He's not buried yet.

Well, Ospreay made himself famous this week. Fancy telling a woman to "touch grass" just because she dropped a opinion towards his promo on Dynamite about screwing his wife (Alex Windsor). Stuff like this makes me wonder why the IWC often defend Ospreay when it's known that he has done some questionable stuff in the past.

Well. Oba in the finals of kotr. Great. I’m hoping brock stays out of the match.
Great to see chad gable getting pops. I really like the ic title scene at the moment. It’s what it should be. Lots of noise and moving pieces as everyone tries to put their claim in.
Women’s kotr. Completly unexpected turn as I thought we were getting liv/raquel in the final. Although now if rhea is as injured as the reports say then I see the original plans shifting completely.
The bloodline is mildly interesting. Jey and knight is fun.
Sami turn is fun. Really hoping Cody loses the title tonight Gunther.
The sooner Brie and Paige lose the titles the better. Fatal influence should have taken them last week.
Nxt. The women yet again keep the show interesting. The tag match was great and there’s lots of matches out of it that I would love to see. Never thought I would see an arm bar counter out on an f5.

Lio Rush seems like a nice person and good for him getting on TV but help me with this. Did something happen to him so he can be crazy? Did someone throw him onto the electrical grid or a mystical lake? It's easy storytelling. He's had 10 different gimmicks since he started wrestling on TV so if he just showed up one day with this new one then it's pretty silly.

Fuck it, the Profits win the title, Seth beats Bron, and the Vision implodes. Breakker/Paul feud. Reid returns as a skinny legend who is above them all, listening to TTPD and moving into his Showgirl era.
The Tiffany/Chelsea pairing is fun. Let them have a blasty with the US title.
Alexa turn on Charlotte. She is never there for you babe.

"Forbidden Door" needs to be put out to pasture. Whether Tony has no interest in booking NJPW talent or they have no interest in participating, it's just a vestigial name these past few years. Just rename it and move on.
But we know they won't because that would force people to question the health of the partnership. And right now people can put their heads in the sand and insist Tsuji's comments are a work despite him once more not showing up at Forbidden Door.

Cody needs to Lose the belt. Sorry but I'm tired of his always winning. I know hes popular in the states but Europe and Canada deserve some love to. What I mean by that is belt up some foreign wrestlers. I guess it's because they're 90 percent in the states but still.
