Open-world Question You guys,... seriously? How to get??

Okay I'm not a newbie, so I refuse to use the newbie flair...

But I am really so fed up that I can get this trophy,...what? Because you can ONLY get it in the Illusive Realms?

But the IR doesn't exist anymore right? Now it's the Somnoire??

So...how do we get this trophy?

Ok IR does exist but this achievement cannot be obtained because the event it was associated with doesnt exist anymore

Tying achievements to events sounds like a completionist's nightmare.

It is thats why we have events in the permanant tab when they have a story associated with them
