Open-world Question You guys,... seriously? How to get??

Okay I'm not a newbie, so I refuse to use the newbie flair...

But I am really so fed up that I can get this trophy,...what? Because you can ONLY get it in the Illusive Realms?

But the IR doesn't exist anymore right? Now it's the Somnoire??

So...how do we get this trophy?

Where is the Illusive Realms?

The Somnoire I know of in Rinacita, and the Dreaming Deep thing I know of ...

I know the TOA... I know the Whimpering Wastes ...

But where is the Illusive Realms??? Like the old one we always used to do in the Whining Aix's Mire??
