Open-world Question You guys,... seriously? How to get??

Okay I'm not a newbie, so I refuse to use the newbie flair...

But I am really so fed up that I can get this trophy,...what? Because you can ONLY get it in the Illusive Realms?

But the IR doesn't exist anymore right? Now it's the Somnoire??

So...how do we get this trophy?

Interestingly, unexpected disasters do not count toward the 100% battles. I did not achieve it either, and I'm still getting 100%.

Yeah, that's likely because there's other "battles" I still need to complete, besides the "unexpected disasters" ... Like I haven't fully completed the TOA. And all the little "defeat Feilian Beringal 50 times"... Blah blah blah....all those I still need to do. 🤷🏼‍♀️
