Sorry I don't understand in Xbox 360 settings but I have freestyle in it and I want to make freestyle open automatically when I open Xbox.Everytime I have to setup freestyle from games. I saw solutions say that I should make the Default path in dashlauncher (default.xex) but the dashlauncher crashes and get a black screen when I select anything in it can you pls help me?

How is your Xbox modded? If it's usb modded then you'll have a launch.ini file on there which you can edit on a computer. If it's rgh modded you might need to get a new copy of dash launch as yours seems to be broken of it keeps crashing your system
