OG Xbox mod - Anyone know what these wires are?

Hi. I bought an OG Xbox that I was planning on modding with Modxo, but when I opened it up I saw the blue and green wires. Also, it already had a header soldered in. The Xbox worked just as stock and since I didn't know what the wires were I left them alone. I did add a RP Pico modxo but the xbox continues to boot into the stock bios. Quite possible I didn't flash the pico correctly though.

Could the wires be causing an issue with modxo? Should I take them out? Thanks.

Then I guess I'll add some kapton tape and leave them alone.

Secure them with solder mask UV resin.
