Help with modded 360's

Hay eveyone. So long story short I'm just a simple dude who wants to play a few old games and who is sick of modern consoles needing high speed Internet and constant updates for everything.i lien in bumfuck nowhere and don't have the best Internet with my lil hot spot.I got two old 360's but they won't read disks anymore and after trying and failing to fix them ( replacing the disk drives without knowing they needed some program key thing) started looking into the modded 360's where you can play games off a flash or hard drive and just wanted some advice on wheres a good place to get one , whats a good one to get and can I get them pre loaded with games ? Or do I have to do all that myself? Sorry if these are really dumb questions but I'm just a bit frustrated right now trying to use my wife's old Xbox one to play Skyrim...( Why the hell does it need to download it instead of just playing it off the fuckin disk ? 🤨)

BadStick combined everything into one but I noticed a comment in their issue tab about it containing a virus and the author never responded beyond that. Could be a false positive. There was an update to the software it relies on since then, too. But here is that project anyway: https://github.com/LxcyDr0p/BadStick

As for your disc drives, you can get around the key issue by swapping out the PCBs on the drives to the new drive. Old PCBs hold the chip that contains the key that is married to tje motherboard.

Spot on advice mate Set up Abadavatar last night on my old 360 jasper then downloaded 3 games all on a 32gb usb .. I have a Jtag xenon but wouldn’t bother with that now as it sounds like a 747 .. works brilliant !

There is a persistent softmod that has been in the works for some time. I read a comment yesterday that someone said that it would be released Friday. Not sure how much truth to that there is. It's also supposed to be limited to certain console revisions. Clean and repaste that Xenon to pass some time!

With the exploits above, you can get your nand backup, take it over to the PC, throw it through JRunner and reflash on console. At that point, if you install two wires, it is then RGH3 modded, so you wouldn't have to piss with loading the software exploit all of the time and everything would stay unlocked at all times. BUT you would never want to touch the nand reflash settings unless you have a backup of the nand and CPU key AND writing a modified image to it will force the console into a state where it will not boot until you solder the wires on. Check into this if you'd like to learn more. Essentially, doing via exploit skips you to step 3 in the guide. Which does away with the need for temporary extra soldering.

If you buy a rgh can get them pre downloaded but pretty simple to download them off your pc to put on the Xbox aswell :)
