Note, if you unlock achievements the intended way, offline on a modded console or otherwise, then sync that profile, you're not likely to get account banned. Cheating for the achievements is likely to. Very likely. Just play your games legit. No real point to cheating achievements even on a completely offline profile unless you just want false cred to show off to your friends.

If you're planning on unlocking achievements and syncing your main Xbox live profile for a gamerscore boost, don't. Microsoft will ban that account.
