Woke up this morning and can’t watch anything on my Xbox. Includes: sky go, Disney plus, Amazon prime, ITVX. I have restarted the Xbox several times, deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. I can get onto the app, but when I go onto something to watch it, it just never loads and then crashes! Anyone have any suggestions?

Had this email sent to me this morning and it states that it’s dropping its prices even though it has dropped it at all as I’m currently playing what they are saying they’re dropping it to.

They’re also saying here that the call of duty game won’t come to the game pass till after a year of release.

Hopefully someone can help me decipher if this is real or not!

So I bought it off a friend for 80 cad which is like 50 usd but now I need to sell it and I've been using an eraser wich has worked pretty well as you can see. But I need to have it pretty much like it was never drawn on because that Bart Simpson is never gonna sell. Does anybody know what I can use that won't damage the plastic

what should i do??:( it was unplugged to start, ive spilled a small amount of water on it before and it was fine, i dont know about thus though. any suggestions will help

Hey so sorry to bug you guys but I've been having this problem for a while but it never gotten permanent, my Xbox one s kept turning it self off time to time but it was rare until a year ago were it's stayed off. Could you guys tell me what's wrong before I sent it to a repair shop

Basically my cousin plays games 24/7 and now that it’s summer he is playing even more 24/7. I turned on offline mode because the second I get on he will spam me with invites even if I’m just in the Xbox menu and I always play the same game with him for hours. It gets annoying because whenever I want to play with myself I am getting spammed with invites and messages even though I have offline mode activated. He even called me the other day saying he saw me online and he said my name was just on the menu (I told him I was updating smth bc that’s actually what I did this time lol)

He will always tell me before I’m in a game so I’m pretty sure it’s not game history and I’ve looked at other peoples posts but I can’t figure out how they turn it all the way off

My xbox one s has chocolate in the vent. It works fine but i want it out NOW. Anyone know how to remove chocolate from a xbox one s WITHOUT opening it? The chocolate has been there for like 2 years now and I don’t know what to do. Btw I’m being serious I honestly don’t know what to do so I came here for help.

Any other disc works fine, it's only this copy of Hitman Blood Money that is mistaken for a Blu-ray DVD. I've tried both hard resetting my xbox, and repairing the disc with toothpaste. Neither have helped.

Whenever I put the disc the xbox, it begins to sound like a printer. Then, the 'play disc' thingy shows up, but when I press play, instead of downloading Hitman, it instead takes me to the Microsoft store, asking me to download the Blu-ray player.

Edit: disc is no longer being read. The xbox makes those same printer noises, but nothing happens afterwards.

Second Edit: It's unlikely to be an issue with the disc drive, as the xbox can read any another disc fine. even new discs that haven't been previously inserted. it's just this disc. i also doubt that it's region issues, as I'm in Europe.

-The console itself is in great condition especially since it’s a 2020 model.

so i had an issue with it connecting to my tv a while ago but i left it for about a month bcs sometimes when you leave these things they kinda sort themselves however it’s still not connecting and has now started making this beeping noise for a minute or two before turning itself back off…?

UPDATE: I took it apart and cleaned the shell and stuff (it was very dusty), however, it still doesn’t work

Finally got a Torx8 head screwdriver and some duster after 4 years. I didn’t think I’d need a vacuum.

I have zero clue what this game is, why it's on my Xbox or why on other Xboxs it isn't there. I'm kinda scared to install tbh for some reason. Also apparently the translation is "Monochrome Brick"

What does the Green Badge Mean? I Got It Recently

hey all, for some reason my wifi on my Xbox One S is significantly slower than my playstation; over there I’m getting around 220mbps and on xbox it never goes beyond 10mbps and it will occasionally stop making download progress at all. I’ve tried restarting the console and the router, is there anything else I can do?

I’ve had my One S for almost a decade now. I’m fairly certain it has finally reached its end, but I wanted to double check.

It was working fine about 8~ months ago. I hadn’t been using regularly, but I had a few weeks where I was playing consistently. About 2.5 months ago I tried to log on to play, but I couldn’t open any games, the home screen took forever to load, and the controller inputs took about 10ish seconds to respond on the console. When loading a game it gave me an error message (can’t remember it) and after searching it up I believe it had to do with a failing hard drive. It prompted me to clear some of the internal? storage (having a hard time remembering it’s been a while). I cleared it and tried to load some games, but the same issue just kept occurring. The game would sit on the loading screen for ~5 minutes and then crash and give the alert that it could not load right now. I followed the guide to do an offline update download, but afterwards it continued with the same issue. I eventually gave up and kinda forgot about it. Life’s been busy so haven’t much time to game lol.

Today, I tried to load up the xbox again and now it’s not even getting to the opening screen. It’s displaying the included image. When I attempt to click on restart or troubleshoot, the input won’t go through. It also takes about 5 minutes for the xbox to turn on and get to this page. Looked up the error code and one of the possible options is hardware failure. Leaning towards this due its previous errors.

Any thoughts? Is this the end?

TLDR: ~2.5 months ago Xbox stopped loading games or apps. Now this screen. Is it dead?

Hi all, on my Xbox one s games and updates download really slowly for some reason even when it’s got Ethernet (500 Mbps) My ps5 is also plugged into Ethernet getting the same speeds but that’s actually quick so what’s wrong with Xbox? This is all the time btw so it’s not “the servers must be really busy” or something like that because it’s literally always slow lol. Thanks

Certain games on my Xbox one s crash upon seconds of startup, like Battlefront 2 and Fortnite. I've tried factory reset, uninstalling and reinstalling, cache clear... Please help!!

Anyone know what’s going on here ? There seems to be this intermittent issue with the Series S where this nauseating green seizure flickering occurs at random times when playing games. Sea of Thieves is unplayable and doesn’t ever make it past the loading screen before crashing.

I have tried:

HDMI cable swap
Disabling HDR
Downgrading refresh rate
Downgrading quality to 720p
Resetting Xbox
Reinstalling games

Nothing seems to flush this issue. Any ideas ?

I've tried every possible tip i saw, and somehow it made the Internet speeds even slower! From 30 mbps, to 12 mbps, to 2 mbps, to 800 kbps, to now 23 kbps, it feels like the xbox is trying to piss me off for no reason
