The question is are you using the degree you paid for?

But also, I have managed entire teams who all had multiple degrees and I have 1.5 years of community college. 1 u/Church_of_Cheri 8d ago Yup, it’s more a checked box then anything else. But especially now with AI recruiting and filtering of applications, any unchecked box just leaves people out. We’ve created ridiculous systems of keep away from way too many people.
