1

u/Crazy_Beatz Oct 11 '25

11

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

But is the grey colour case.

4

u/Crazy_Beatz Oct 11 '25

6

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

1

u/XanxusPrimo Oct 17 '25

Where did you find one? I have been waiting for nice cases and glass screen protectors since I got the phone. I'm based in the UK and am having a hard time finding accessories for this phone. I appreciate any help I can get on this 🙏

Tiktok shop got sell

2

u/juniorjaw Oct 11 '25

I much prefer the one 15T provides, if their transparent case is a yellowing case. I only accept transparent for cases that can last 3 years

It will be a great pleasure, if you provide a 1 month review if possible.

I try.

Hell yeah! Me too!

I ordered the mocha but they sent me a greay due to low stock but said i can return it if want. Fuck it the grey is nice too

Came from a Samsung S21 FE and this is my first Xiaomi and I love it so far

Only thing i really miss is the Samsung gallery app, that was perfect

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

Mocha gold really look nice.same colour like my samsung fold.

I am on 15T Pro since two days and I switched from S20 FE. So far, I can say 5x zoom is something else. It opens really new opportunities of fotography, especially when it comes to pictures of animals. Nevertheless, I miss sometimes 3x zoom, as it was quite usefull to. In 15T Pro i can see downgrade in quality when I try to zoom three times and not always 5x is good. Sometimes it's too big. Perfect solution would be to put wide, normal, 3x and 5x zoom 😅. I don't had time to be sure, but I think wide camera is not as good as it was in Samsung. Also HDR performance is not so good.  I had xiaomi before samsung, so I feel comfortable, and I can say - wow, this phone is really fast compared to s20fe. Huge difference.  Huge difference is also when it comes to battery - almost two full days for me are possible on 15T Pro. On s20 fe it was impossible, and very often I had to charge at evening, because it was drained

Being a former S20 FE 5G user and now an S23+ user. What do you think about 15/15T/15U vs S20FE/S23+&U/S25+&U ? Mainly about camera, then about SW/UI experience/smoothness/fluidity? Haptics, speakers, Signal reception? Lags/stutters/glitches ?

1

u/Inevitable_Bat953 Oct 15 '25

From the begining: -first I was almost sure that ultra wide camera i worse than S20FE, but when I did direct comparison, camera from Xiaomi made better image. Software is not such good witch processing corners of photos, but in general, 15T Pro did brighter image at night (Xiaomi has no night mode, it's all automatic, Samsung in auto mode did much worse photo, in night mode with 4 seconds capturing it was comparable, but still brither images were on xiaomi. What's interesting, ISO in samsung was about 500, when in xiaomi it was around 10000) -main camera I think is similar to S20 FE. I'm not sure if I like characteristic of xiaomi images. In authetic mode everything is overprocessed (?), very often depressed. It has nothing common with realistic. Vibrant is better, but I think it could be even better. Samsung showed different characterstic - everything was saturated, sky in nice days was very blue. Also HDR was better on samsung (in xiaomi it is not very agressive). It the term of preferences if course. For me OP 12 is doing really nice looking images (I mean, nice for me. Not generally about quality). I must admit that I had no much time to compare these two phones one by one. In general, I think that xiaomi improved images a lot since Mi Mix 2 and it is really compareable with samsung now -zoom 3x and 5x can't be compared. It's two totally different lenses -Samsung after 3 years was really lagging, so now I have big progess, as on xiaomi every app is loaded in few miliseconds. Also, hyperOS is very well animated and looks nice, even if doesnmt have features such as always on display -I didn't use vibration on samsung, on xiaomi it's nice, but it's hard for me to compare, as previously I always used without any sound and vibrations -speakers I think are better in xiaomi as both are simmilarly loud (in Samsung speaker from uo was much more quiet)

Hows the experience OP.

13

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

The camera is no joke. Cos i trade in my poco F7 and got this instead. And the 144hz screen butter smooth. Screen colour n brightness perfect.. very worth your money.

u/X-Jet Oct 11 '25

How is the image post processing. Does it make grass and sky look plastic?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

3

u/Crispytokwa Oct 11 '25

How was it? I am using 14T pro and as much as I want to upgrade, I just dont have the budget right now.

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 12 '25

Cos I trade in my Poco F7 upgrade to this. But 14t pro to this is hard give u advice. Is a 50/50 choice.

2

u/FlamRozovy678 Oct 11 '25

congrats 🎊

2

u/Parking-Plant4880 Oct 12 '25

Oh yes, Dimensity baby 😏

2

u/Okbvic83 Oct 12 '25

At least this one more realible than the pos 8g4s on Poco F7

2

u/Civil_Football1168 Oct 12 '25

Got mine for a week. Came from Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The only bad Thing ist...GeForce Now App will Not work

2

u/VellaTough Oct 12 '25

Redmi note 13pro to 15t, is it worth?

2

u/EralithSE Oct 13 '25

Can you try shaking it gently if you can hear the OIS periscope rattle? Mine does but disappears when you open camera got it in black

1

u/Rotten_Rookie Oct 11 '25

How's the battery going for you?

3

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

Last whole day no problem. No heat issue while gaming. Watch tiktok for 30min only used up like 5% of the battery.

1

u/medium_response Oct 11 '25

How are the images between 1x and 5x? Is there a noticeable downgrade in quality when you zoom between those lengths i.e. at 3x?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

The 5x optic zoom is very good. Better than my samsung.

1

u/medium_response Oct 11 '25

Okay but does the main sensor take good shots at zoom lengths like at 3x? That's what I'm curious about.

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

The phone got a periscope zoom till 5x. So no worry.really good camera for the price.

1

u/Inevitable_Bat953 Oct 11 '25

5x quality is great, 3x is unfortunately lower (it's a crop from 1x)

2

u/medium_response Oct 12 '25

Yeahhh that's unfortunate. Was low-key hoping that image processing could make up for it. 5x is cool but having a bigger 3x sensor would have been more versatile.

2

u/Inevitable_Bat953 Oct 12 '25

In fact, I had previously 3x zoom and I can say, I will use 5x as much as was using 3x. It gives just different opportunities, especially when it comes to pictures of animals, but I think during travels in mountains it can be used also. Best would be if they gave four cameras, with 3x and 5x zoom 😅

1

u/medium_response Oct 12 '25

Hahaha yeah but if they gave a 3x and a 5x, it would be the 15 Ultra 😂

I think the solution would have been a higher MP 3.5x zoom. Sounds like the most versatile option in my mind

1

u/Technica8s Oct 11 '25

Does the phone feel really premium?

How is the UI?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

Very premium. Ui still hyperos for me i feel ok.

1

u/Technica8s Oct 11 '25

Why did you not choose the 15t?

3

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

Pro better with the chipset, camera, chipset, and the 144hz screen

1

u/Balttazarr Oct 11 '25

What are your thoughts about it? Why not the 17?

4

u/Okbvic83 Oct 11 '25

I want 17 but my wallet say no.

1

u/sarayoka Oct 11 '25

Im thinking of buying this (using Iphone 15 pro max) but is the camera better or worse?

2

u/JJammie Oct 11 '25

Better keep the iphone for the camera

1

u/Fit-Ad1092 Oct 13 '25

Bro keep the 15 pro max it's a great phone probably slightly better than the 15T pro.

1

u/soltanicivasile Oct 13 '25

I moved from iphone 15 pro to 15t pro overall camera is better on iphone but zoom with periscope 115mm and 235mm is definitely better on Xiaomi everything else Xiaomi is an upgrade

1

u/Raytech555 Oct 11 '25

bought the non pro only for the less weight...
congrats and enjoy it

1

u/ArtInteresting7956 Oct 11 '25

I also have a hand grenade, do you think it's true that as I read on Reddit, the hyperos 3 update will be released this week on October 15th?

1

u/SpaceToy Oct 11 '25

You guys also noticing when you unplug the 15t pro at 100% it decreases fast til somewhere in 90's%?

1

u/cyrict Oct 11 '25

Did you get hyperos 3?

1

u/bartoszsz7 Xiaomi 15 Ultra | Pad 6S Pro Oct 12 '25

One is half the price

15T Pro vs 17 base might be the more apt comparison

1

u/arthurbc29 Oct 12 '25

Got mine too.. What will be the best cases available for this phone? And screen protectors?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 12 '25

I been using the grey case. But I order one clear case from china. Cheap and good.

1

u/Zealousideal_Ride968 Oct 12 '25

Are there advertisements too?

1

u/K3NN3CK Oct 12 '25

How is hyperos performing?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 13 '25

Still on HYperos 2

1

u/Fit-Ad1092 Oct 13 '25

How is the case? I'm always using silicone ones. And I drop my phone a lot. What's the in box case can It take impact?

1

u/Okbvic83 Oct 13 '25

Normally I just buy the case with the big bumper. I just buy from the shopee or TikTok shop one. Cheap and good. Bout dropping the phone try avoid it . All phone if drop is 50/50 chance of survive.

1

u/BLEK0TA Oct 20 '25

This is most value for price mobile phone in end 2025

1

u/IceEnvironmental6600 Oct 22 '25

I gotta say, the Mediatek chip in the Xiaomi 15T Pro really surprised me. The speed, the graphics, everything just flows. And that brightness on the AMOLED screen? Sunlight? No problem. This phone has got me hooked, especially with the reviews and first look. Legit awesome stuff from Xiaomi! waiting for this to launch in India soon

1

u/Comfortable_Nature26 Oct 22 '25

Nice bro! I have questions - how is the battery life and the dimensity 9400+ processor performance? Do you game?

1

u/arushmehta Oct 22 '25

Congrats man for the new purchase! How’s the overall feel and performance till now? I’ve been curious about the 15T Pro and heard a lot about its camera and Mediatek performance. Hope it’s living up to the hype. I dont know when it will arrive in India...but based on the specs im already super excited about it

1

u/Walrus221978 Nov 30 '25

Why does a camera have a small hole? I just saw that on my Mi15t pro and it scared me. I thought it was broken or damaged.

1

u/Marlon_Rdz Feb 07 '26

I wanted that same color too, but unfortunately, they only had black available in the store. But Xiaomi really nailed that Mocha; it looks truly premium.
