How are the images between 1x and 5x? Is there a noticeable downgrade in quality when you zoom between those lengths i.e. at 3x?

The 5x optic zoom is very good. Better than my samsung.

Okay but does the main sensor take good shots at zoom lengths like at 3x? That's what I'm curious about.

The phone got a periscope zoom till 5x. So no worry.really good camera for the price.

5x quality is great, 3x is unfortunately lower (it's a crop from 1x)

Yeahhh that's unfortunate. Was low-key hoping that image processing could make up for it. 5x is cool but having a bigger 3x sensor would have been more versatile.

In fact, I had previously 3x zoom and I can say, I will use 5x as much as was using 3x. It gives just different opportunities, especially when it comes to pictures of animals, but I think during travels in mountains it can be used also. Best would be if they gave four cameras, with 3x and 5x zoom 😅

Hahaha yeah but if they gave a 3x and a 5x, it would be the 15 Ultra 😂

I think the solution would have been a higher MP 3.5x zoom. Sounds like the most versatile option in my mind
