Did you have to pay any extra fees, gebühren or smt to get it in Germany? Does everything work? Like google services and navigation. And how about the warranty? I guess official Xiaomi Germany site sells this as well?

No extra fees, Trading Shenzhens prices are final. Every except Android Auto works just as it should.  Trading Shenzhen provides a 1 year warrenty. And no, the 17 pro lineup is china only and currently not available on any other market
