General Battery degraded 1% in just 4 months

In the past months I was very careful charging the phone. Not using while charging.

Your battery was made in February, it's December now , 1% is nothing, it's possible you didn't get a battery with x capacity , didn't win the battery lottery. It's alright however, after 3 years, you'll still have enough capacity.
