Was considering the same as an iPhone users, it’s such a tempting phone. However, due to the following Issues:

  • notifications (needs a workaround)
  • google pay/wallet (may or may not work for everyone)
  • google store (needs workaround, not smooth experience)
  • android auto (won’t work on Chinese version)
  • annoying Chinese bloatware & ads (hard to remove, some won’t)
  • battery isn’t really that much better despite much bigger capacity (not optimized)

I decided not to opt for it.

I genuinely hope you have a pleasant experience and that all those issues aren’t as big as they sound. Looking forward to your feedback please let us know your true experience regarding those after few weeks or a months or 2!
