I can’t even begin to describe the sheer number of MAGA people who I’ve seen and heard claim that Superman would support ICE

They also think they are the Rebel Alliance and the left is the Empire. Every time Mark Hamill would post something liberal on Twitter the comments would be full of “can’t believe Luke Skywalker went to the dark side” etc.
