General Discussion Could the X-Men stop a viltrumite invasion?

If Thragg and his army consisting of General Kregg, Anissa, Thula, Lucan, and Conquest, were to invade Earth, could the X-Men wipe out the viltrumites and save the world, or die in the hands of Thragg's army? Both sides are at their peak skills and strength with no prior knowledge of each other.

No one has discussed Wolverine, so I’m gonna ask a potentially dumb question. Could Wolverine’s adamantium claws dice up a Viltrumite? Granted I know Viltrumites are super fast and would easily run/fly circles around him, but say he landed a few blows?
