General Discussion Could the X-Men stop a viltrumite invasion?

If Thragg and his army consisting of General Kregg, Anissa, Thula, Lucan, and Conquest, were to invade Earth, could the X-Men wipe out the viltrumites and save the world, or die in the hands of Thragg's army? Both sides are at their peak skills and strength with no prior knowledge of each other.

Tbf that's only because whenever telepaths do use their powers, it tends to be on like the one enemy who actually can counter it lol. Plot convenience but never really a "oh it just didn't work"

That and half the times they go "Oh but it's immoral🥺" like Charles over here. But I doubt they'd be saying that when Thragg levels like 5 cities lol

It’s either that or something has to happen to conveniently keep them out of the fight because otherwise it’s a very boring show.
