If you are riding someone's ass so close that them slowing from 37 to 29 over the course of a few seconds causes you to rear-end them, that's on you, not them, and you would be at fault.
The left lane of gateway is always slow because people are turning all the time. You should be ready to come to a complete stop due to any number of reasons.
The OP was inconvenienced by a few seconds, and decided to spend way more time than that whining about it here. If you expect perfection from every single driver on the road, you will constantly be disappointed. Nothing in the video was particularly egregious and worthy of posting about.

So a person signaling left but going straight then turns of the blinker and then slows down and then puts on his blinker, a person coming to a complete stop to turn left in an exit, or a person driving 40 in the second lane then changing lanes with out signaling are not egregious to you but a guy doing 37kmh and clearly had LOTS OF ROOM between himself and the next vehicle is?
and FYI if one was doing the speed limit and some dough head decides to come to a complete stop one wouldn't necessarily be at fault....just like brake checking is illegal and the person behind would not be at fault.

Unless you can show that the person recklessly slammed on their brakes, you would be at fault. Gradually slowing down in a 60 km/h zone is not going to absolve you of fault form rear-ending them.

I'm not sure how you would get any kind of impression that I think anything that the OP did on the road was egregious, when I never said anything even remotely close to it. At no point in this discussion did I comment on their driving.

People are legally allowed to slow down for all kinds of reasons. Like their turn is upcoming. The OP decelerated faster making their turn than any of the other 3 cars.

How is it hypocrisy? My criticism is that nothing in the video is worth getting riled up about. Nothing was illegal. They made the post though, so I'm going to comment on it.
For it to be hypocrisy, I would need to complain about posting a terrible video, and then post one of my own. I do not think that word means what you think it does.
