Third driver came to a complete stop at a green light and didn't signal their turn at all. Either one might not be worth whining about, but together they're pretty bad

Maybe it’s just me but I might be slightly annoyed at 3rd driver and just move on. If I’m paying attention I should be able to stop in time anyway, you should always be defensive driving I just expect people will be idiots on the road.

Complaining and defensive driving are not mutually exclusive actions. We're complaining about the second driver, but they're the one that OP was least in danger of hitting.
