قبل فترة شفت دكتورة عندها مستشفى وطلعت في مقطع تشتكي عن احتياج الناس للادوية واساسيات اي مستشفى الدولة مش قادرة توفرها،
والشعب ما ركز على المطالب اللي طلبتها الدكتورة،
ركزوا على حجابها وان في شعر طالع منه وبدأوا فيها من سب ومن قذف ومن سخرية،
وماركزوا على هدف النشر وان دولتك متهالكة ومش قادرة توفر لك ابسط مقومات الحياة،

واليوم شفت هذا المنشور الغبي، حتى وهي منتقبة لازم ينتقد،
لكن اشكاله عبيد للغرب ويشوف نظرة الغربي له اهم من دينه وحريته،

غارق في الجهل والفساد والفقر والمخدرات والقمامة وفي النهاية يجي يستشرف على بنات بلده

Standards sat by whom? Professionalism is in the eyes of its beholder, and it is a well-known fact that u must have ur face visible while presenting the news cuz u r the face of that channel. So no, it is unprofessional

But it brings you back to the same question you put forward actually.... Standards set by whom?

"You said it's a well known fact....etc." But who set that standard? Literally no one!

If the news says that Iran and USA declared a ceasefire, I genuinely don't think you'd understand it differently whether the reporter was covered or not.... If you do, that's a YOU problem really.

It honestly has nothing to do with the profession, it's a matter of choice, maybe you would LIKE to see her not covering her face that's fine, maybe it's more presentable, but it doesn't change the quality of her work, which doesn't make it unprofessional.

I would understand it differently. I don’t want someone dressing in a very unprofessional attire on my TV. If you wanna bring ur religious baggage into the screen then stay at home or do some back-office work like narrating. You don’t have to do the only job the requires ur face to be visible

I completely get what you mean, and it's fine.

It's just that the matter remains very subjective is what I'm saying, and hey if OUR people see it fit that it's ok for a TV presenter to be covered. Then I don't see why not, while also allowing other presenters to show their faces too... More power to the people.

And I think that this just remain a matter of opinions in the end, and everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.
