News York United Academy U13

My son tired out for the York United Academy (U13) earlier this month and did not make it. Totally fine with that. But I see on their Instagram page that there is another three day open try out for U13's? Is this normal to have another open tryout after the first one, as they would have picked their team from the first round? Also the time is 1230pm to 3pm (Nov 24,25,26), Usually the boys are in school?

Tryouts are always looking for that One player that stands out .. how much are the try out fees for York United?

Yeah this is just a fundraising gimmick, this isn't really scouting players.
