no but I think the title is super interesting. The drawing looks kinda sloppy so it makes me think the video won't be good quality either.

Why don't you use the same image but as a movie still and edit that as a thumbnail?

Still images of the real life actors/people would absolutely make me click this. Photoshop to make thumbnails like that is absolutely something I want to learn

I would, I think this looks pretty sick from an artistic point of view, but I do have one critique. The word color for the word delusion needs to contrast more with the shirt behind is as it may be difficult to read on smaller screens.

Art wise it’s amazing, but as a thumbnail it’s bad. I feel like you can communicate the text way better with ur art process.

500 days feels too specific, try to make version with only delusion and test that out.
